Get ready ... Crack your knuckles ... LET’S WRITE A MYSTERY!
The Story So Far...
Have you ever read a mystery and thought you could have improved on the suspense, or that character could not have been the murderer? Well here is your chance to test your skills at writing a “who dun it?”
Teens and adults will compete together to write a 4000 word cozy-mystery short story. During the eight week period beginning February 1st and ending at the conclusion of the CCPL&IC 2009 Big Read celebration on March 28, 2009 you may submit weekly segments to continue the story. The completed story will be posted online and printed & distributed free throughout the Cumberland County Public Library & Information Center system.
Here’s how it works
