How To Fax, Copy & Print at Your Library

The Cumberland County Public Library & Information Center in partnership with Systel provides fax, copying and printing services at all public library locations in Cumberland County.

Can I print at the library?

Printing from the public access computers and from wi-fi is available at all library branches. Customers can print both color and black & white documents. Printing is available for letter- and legal-size documents.

A Vend-A-Card is necessary to print your documents. Customers can purchase and add value to Vend-A-Cards at all branches. You will not be able to print without a Vend-A-Card. Please be prepared to purchase a card when coming to the library to print.

Prices:
Black & White: $0.10 per page
Color: $0.30 per page

 

Can I make copies at the library?

Each library has at least one public copier.

The following locations have color copiers as well: Headquarters, Cliffdale, North Regional, and West Regional.

Prices:
Black and White copies: $.15 ($.10 with a Vend-A-Card)
Color Copies: $.50 per page ($.30 with a Vend-A-Card)

Can I send or receive a fax at the library?

Public fax machines, for sending or receiving faxes, are available at all library branches.

Prices
Local or Long Distance: $1 per page
International: $3 per page

To receive a fax, customers must coordinate with the sender to ensure they are at the library to receive the incoming fax. All money must be in the machine before the fax can be received by the machine. Library staff do not monitor incoming faxes.

What is a Vend-A-Card?

Vend-A-Cards are required for printing in all library branches. Additionally, you can save on the cost of copying with the purchase of card. Systel offers a $2 Vend-a-Card with a $1.50 value, available for purchase at all library locations. The cards are re-usable and additional money can be added to them as needed at any library branch. Vend-A-Cards cannot be used for faxing. (Check with your local library for specific services.)
