How To Fax, Copy & Print at Your Library

The Cumberland County Public Library & Information Center in partnership with Systel provides fax, copying and printing services at all public library locations in Cumberland County.

How do I Fax?

To fax a document to any local, national or international fax number, go to any of our seven Cumberland County Public Library locations and use the fax machine provided by Systel. The public fax machine is located in or by the main copier area of each library. The cost to fax a one page document is $1.00. Each additional page costs $1.00. You can also fax to international numbers at a cost of $3.00 per page.

To receive a fax, customers must coordinate with the sender to ensure they are at the library to receive the incoming fax. Library staff do not monitor incoming faxes.

How do I copy?

Each library has at least one public copier provided by Systel. These copiers can copy both letter and legal size documents. Current price is $.15 per copy. By purchasing a Vend-A-Card customers can save on their copying costs. The cost for copying one page is $.15, but with a Vend-A-Card you only pay $.10 per copy. Systel provides two levels of Vend-A-Cards for purchase; a $2.00 card and a $5.00 card. (Check with your local library for specific services.)

The $2.00 card provides 15 copies to the customer. The remainder of the card’s cost is used to cover the expense of purchasing a Vend-A-Card. The $5.00 card provides 50 copies.

Once a Vend-A-Card has been purchased money can be added to the card so that additional copies can be made. It is not necessary to purchase a new card once you’ve used your allotted copies.

How do I print?

Cumberland County Public Library & Information Center has partnered with Systel to provide a state-of-the-art network printing system at all locations. The public access computers located throughout the library system are connected to networked printers that are capable of printing both color and black & white letter sized documents. The cost of black & white printing is $.10 per page and color printing is $.30 per page. A Vend-A-Card is necessary to print your documents. Vend-A-Card machines are located at each library for customer convenience.
