NCknows is a service that allows North Carolina citizens to get help from librarians and use their library resources from their computer. By typing messages back and forth, you can communicate with a librarian, receive articles from NC_LIVE, and get answers to your questions. It's helpful, easy and it's free!

Book a one on one session for up to 45 minutes. Sessions must be booked in advance by calling the location. Customers are limited to two sessions per month.
