Public Meeting Spaces
Click to reserve a meeting room. The library provides meeting spaces to the public at no charge. Meeting space varies from location to location. Please review the charts below for each location’s available space. Use of the rooms is subject to the library’s policies and procedures.
Activity Rooms Policy (Click for Rules & Procedures)
As a public institution dedicated to the free expression and free access to ideas presenting all points of view concerning the problems and issues of our times, all Activity Rooms are available on equal terms for the lawful activities of all groups and persons, regardless of their beliefs or affiliations.
Conference Rooms Policy (Click for Rules & Procedures)
The library offers a number of small conference rooms for the use of the public on equal terms for the lawful activities of small groups and individuals regardless of their affiliations or beliefs. These conference rooms are made available for small groups or individuals to conduct organizational meetings, seminars, study groups, planning sessions, training programs and other related activities.
Computer Training Lab/Dual-Use Room (Click for Rules & Procedures)
The computer training lab/classroom at Headquarters Library is a dual-use room for library-sponsored computer or staff training that is designed to carry out the mission and goals of the library system. When the library is not using the room, it is available to local government, non-profit and private organizations as a computer training lab or classroom- style conference room for organization meetings, seminars, study groups, planning sessions, training programs and other related activities.
