The Spring Lake Branch Library serves over 30,000 people who live in the town of Spring Lake and northwestern Cumberland County. The 12,000 square foot branch opened in June 1999 and is located off Odell Drive near Southwinds Plaza on Highway 24/87.

Approximately 12,000 people use the Spring Lake Branch each month, checking out over 11,600 books, videos, and audiotapes. For more information about the programs offered see the Calendar of Events.

The Spring Lake Branch Library also serves the students, faculty, and staff of Fayetteville Technical Community College's Spring Lake Campus. The Spring Lake Library works closely with the FTCC Paul H. Thompson Library to provide materials and library services for the students, including regular library orientations and student workshops.   • Weekly story time programs for children from birth to age twelve
