The North Regional Branch Library is located at the corner of Rosehill and McArthur roads in northern Cumberland County. Open since 1998, the branch offers a computer lab containing 22 computers with high speed internet and Microsoft Office software, as well as one computer express station. The six computers in the Youth Department have educational games and limited Internet access.

The 24,000 square foot library offers a wide assortment of titles for all ages, including bestsellers, factual books, DVDs, audiobooks, music, and magazines.

Other services include:

• Six weekly story time programs for children from birth to age twelve
• Teens@NRL programs, including a monthly anime club
• Computer & Internet classes
• Two monthly book clubs
• WiFi Internet access
• Large meeting room and small conference room

North Regional was the first of three branches built by the architectural firm Ferris, Shuller, Johnson and Lindstrom Architects of Fayetteville and was funded by a bond referendum passed in 1992.
